Cool Cover Design
I discovered Joe Hallinan’s “Why We Make Mistakes” at Nicholas Hoare yesterday. The cover design is brilliant but you wouldn’t know it from the images online. The dust jacket for the hardcover is crooked. Hopefully you can see from the photo I hastily took that the jacket doesn’t cover the top of the boards. The text on spine also wraps around to the front cover. Neat. The designers name is Donna Sinisgalli.
The UK edition is called Errornomics. Their cover isn’t quite as clever.
