ReBrand at Shortcovers Imminent? KoboBooks.com?

Indigo has 100 odd internet domains registered at any given time. On December 7, Dan Galperin at Shortcovers registered twenty more — 15 of which domaintools.com tells me starts with “K”.

A whois search for kobo.com goes nowhere, but kobobooks.com reveals it was registered by Shortcovers.

Interesting timing on this change. Interesting possible of choice of a new brand. Possibily inviting confusion with Koodoo? We’ll see.
