Liz Daly from ThreePress.org posted her slides from her talk “What Publishers Need to Know About Digitization.” The audio of the talk will be posted later, but my one takeaway from the slides alone is the hardest decision facing book publishers wanting to digitize is choosing an XML schema — and that decision isn’t that hard because one schema can flit easily to another.
