I heard that Alberto Manguel had done a documentary called on the Empire of the Word but I didn’t realize TVO also was holding panels on the topic as well. Around the 16 minute mark of the embedded vid Cynthia Good makes the impassioned plea for maintaining the ‘gatekeepers’ from the legacy system. Oh dear.
